Dance Marathon
Miracle Network Dance Marathon is a student-led, year-round philanthropic movement, uniting students across the United States and Canada in raising critical funds for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. When you join this empowering movement, you're equipped to change kids' health to change the future.
Students who participate in Dance Marathon in K-12 or college, gain valuable experience in leadership development, fundraising, event planning, and much more. All while raising funds and awareness for Children’s Miracle Network at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital.
Dance Marathon Programs Benefiting East Tennessee Children’s Hospital:
VOLthon at the University of Tennessee
VOLthon is the largest student-led organization on the University of Tennessee campus. Dedicated and passionate student leaders raise funds and awareness year-round for East Tennessee Children's Hospital. They rally together hundreds of Vols to participate every year, through year-round engagements as well as their 12-hour main event in the Spring.
Since its start in 1995, VOLthon has raised more than $2 million for Children's Hospital. In 2024, they announced their highest total in their 29-year history raising $193,817.43 for Children's Hospital.
They are the top Miracle Network Dance Marathon program in the entire state of Tennessee!
Dawgathon, Dance Marathon at Bearden High School
Dawgathon is a high school Dance Marathon program that works with VOLthon at the University of Tennessee to raise funds and awareness for Children’s Hospital.
In their inaugural Dance Marathon event in 2023, Dawgathon raised over $5,000, proving the impact that is possible when high school students band together for a good cause.
Irishthon, Dance Marathon at Catholic High School
Irishthon is a high school Dance Marathon program that works with VOLthon at the University of Tennessee to raise funds and awareness for Children’s Hospital.
