Cost and Benefits:

• $8,500 per year (preferably a two-year commitment)
• We would be delighted to set up a program that fits within your company's goals.

Your Partnership:

• Support helps provide state-of-the-art care for our more than 300,000 patient encounters
  each year.
• Employees are encouraged to give to a program or initiative that is important to them. You
  can set up a matching gift program, encourage payroll deduction, or plan fundraisers that
  will benefit our hospital.
• Be a sponsor at one of our memorable events or create a promotion that can help drive
  business with your customers, clients, and employees that will support our patients and
  programs.

Recognition and Influence:

• Your corporate logo on our website and in our hospital building lobby, at hospital events, and
  in our monthly email newsletters which will be sent to our contacts.
• Opportunities for company employees to get involved in various hospital activities/volunteer
  programs.
• Annual day of distribution for our Tiny Tree Program.
• Discount tickets to our annual Fantasy of Trees event.
• First to receive invitations/tickets to the annual golf tournament.
