Ambassadors
The East Tennessee Children’s Hospital Miracle Ambassador program connects our communities to our hospitals’ mission through sharing personal stories and journeys. This group of current and former patients tell their story through various outlets including special events, print publications, social media, and traditional media outlets such as newspapers, television or radio. These families are making a positive difference in the lives of other children, their families, and our community every day.
East Tennessee Children’s Hospital Miracle Ambassadors:
Max
Max is our 2024 local CMN Champion Miracle Ambassador and receives care from many areas of our growing network of care. He loves his big sister Tommi Kate and getting to ride a bike when he goes to physical therapy on our West Campus!
AJ
AJ is a Miracle Ambassador from our Hematology/Oncology department. He loves playing football and hanging out with his friend VFL Josh Dobbs!
Annabella
Annabella became a Miracle Ambassador after having surgery here at ETCH. Her favorite animal is a cheetah, and she loves to dance!
Bella
Bella is a Miracle Ambassador with her brother Cayden and receives care from the Pulmonology department. She loves being outside and her favorite animal is a little pig!
Brooks
Brooks is a Miracle Ambassador from our Pulmonology department. Brooks loves his puppy and his brother!
Cadence
Cadence receives care from our Gastroenterology department. She is the lead singer of a band and is going on tour!
Cayden
Cayden is a Miracle Ambassador along with his sister Bella and receives care from both Pulmonology and ENT here at ETCH. Cayden’s favorite food is sushi, and he loves both swimming and taekwondo!
Everett
Everett joins us as an Ambassador for Children’s Hospital after a long stay in our PICU. He showed great strength every day and now considers the team in the PICU to be his family. He even has a white coat with a hospital badge that says Dr. Everett on it!
Harper
Harper became a Miracle Ambassador after being treated in our emergency department and PICU. Harper’s favorite movie is High School Musical, and she loves baseball!
Hattie
Hattie is a Miracle Ambassador who receives care in our Hematology/Oncology department. Hattie wants to be a zookeeper when she grows up, she loves ballet dancing, and loves eating shredded cheese!
Holston
Holston is a Miracle Ambassador from our Hematology/Oncology department. Holston loves to to do the griddy with his friends at VOLthon and Phi Mu. He also loves fried chicken and Pokemon!
Imani
Imani receives care from our Hematology/Oncology department. She is spunky and loves to make Tik Toks with her family and friends!
Ivy
Ivy receives care from both our Genetics and Cardiology departments here at ETCH. Ivy is a huge fan of the Lady Vols, and she loves watching Ms. Rachel videos!
Jaxson
Jaxson is a Miracle Ambassador from our Endocrinology and Genetics departments. Jaxson loves to spend time with his family!
Madi
Madi receives care from our Endocrinology and Cardiology departments. She is a huge Swiftie and receives the Most Spirited Dancer award at VOLthon 2024!
Miley
Miley became a Miracle Ambassador after receiving care in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Miley loves to dance, dress up, and spend time with her family!
Noah
Noah is a Miracle Ambassador from our Hematology/Oncology department. Noah plays baseball, loves goofing around with his brothers, and his favorite superhero is Spiderman!
Shailynn
Shailynn receives care from our Hematology/Oncology department. Shailynn loves playing basketball and watching the Haunted Mansion!
Tobias
Tobias became a Miracle Ambassador after being treated by our Genetics department. Tobias loves Paw Patrol and playing with his baby sister Aaliyah!
Victoria
Victoria receives care from our Hematology/Oncology department. She loves fries (she calls them “papas”) from Wendy’s and playing soccer!
