Staff is available beginning at 7:30am, Monday – Friday to schedule appointments. When offices are closed, calls are taken by Registered Pediatric Nurses at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital After Hours Program. They work in conjunction with our on-call physician to take care of your needs.
