Emergency Room
We provide highly specialized, emergency care for infants, children and teens, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our downtown Knoxville emergency room. Because we treat more children needing emergency care than anyone else in East Tennessee, our doctors and nurses are equipped to treat everything from minor injuries to major medical concerns.

Urgent Care
Our four convenient urgent care locations deliver timely, high-quality care to children with minor illnesses and injuries. As partners with your child’s physician, we provide timely reports sent directly to your doctor’s office to ensure continuity of care.

NICU
More than 900 of East Tennessee Children's Hospital's smallest patients are treated in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) every year. Your baby will have a nurse practitioner and neonatologist, plus nurses, respiratory therapists, subspecialists and a whole team who are experts in treating babies. The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at East Tennessee Children's Hospital is a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
