If your child has been to the hospital for tests or treatment, you may have already received an email with a link to the portal. If not, the parent and/or legal guardian can complete the Portal Access Request Form for patients under 18 years of age and provide a copy of their driver’s license or identification by emailing patientportal@etch.com or fax to 865-541-8230. Patient’s 18 years of age and older can create an account. Patient’s Medical Record number, email address on file, and patient date of birth will be needed to create the account.

This portal is only for patients that have been treated at East Tennessee Children's Hospital as an Inpatient, in the ER or for Outpatient testing as well as these specific subspecialty offices:

East Tennessee Children's Hospital also offers a Patient Portal for patients of its Pediatric Primary Care and Subspecialty Practices throughout the region. This portal is separate from the hospital-based Portal, and requires a separate account and login for your child's records with their pediatrician. If your child has been to a Pediatric Primary Care or Subspeciality Practice, you may have already received an email with a link to the portal. If not, the parent and/or legal guardian can complete the Portal Access Request Form for patients under 18 years of age and provide a copy of their driver’s license or identification by emailing patientportal@etch.com or fax to 865-541-8230.
