All media inquiries should be directed to our Community Relations Department at (865) 541-8165 or by e-mail to Seth Linkous, Associate Director for Public Relations, at Slinkous@etch.com. Our Community Relations staff will help you with information about Children’s Hospital’s services, facilities, programs, physicians, staff members or patients. A representative is available for media inquiries 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you need to reach us after normal business hours, weekends or holidays, call the Children’s Hospital Switchboard Operator at (865) 541-8000 and ask that the Community Relations Staff member on-call be paged.
