General Public Parking  

Parking Garage

For visits to Children's Hospital, Koppel Plaza and Children's Medical Office building use the Children's Hospital Parking Garage on Clinch Avenue between 21st and 22nd Streets. For visits to the Scott M. Niswonger Emergency Department and Outpatient Clinics use the Restricted Public Parking on White Avenue. 

• Parking attendant:  7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• $2.00 flat fee per day
• Inpatients receive FREE parking. Admitting will issue weekly passes (one per family) upon admission. Passes can be renewed by the garage attendant for hospitalizations of more than one week.
• Outpatient testing and surgery patients receive one pass per family for free parking on the day of service. The pass is issued at Admitting.
• Ministers can receive a pass for free parking from Admitting.
• Parking for disabled is available.
• Parking for high top vehicles is located in the lot behind the Koppel Plaza building (#5 on the map) from Clinch Avenue, as well as in Restricted Public Parking.

Restricted Public Parking

• Parking Attendant 8:00 a.m. - midnight weekdays.
• Audio/video monitoring for parking access midnight to 8:00 a.m. weekdays and all hours on weekends.
• Emergency Department Patients enter through the Emergency Department.   Parking passes will be stamped for free parking at Emergency Department registration.
• Clinic Patients enter through the Emergency Department.  Parking passes will be stamped for free parking at Clinic registration.
• $10 violator fee charged for parking in the lot for any reason other than an ED or Clinic visit or for high-top vehicle parking.
• Parking for disabled is available.
• Parking for high top vehicles is available.
